Pets On A Leash Notice
Dear Coronado Residents,
As we continue to prioritize the safety and well-being of all members of our community, we would like to remind everyone of the importance of adhering to our pet policy, specifically regarding the leash requirement for dogs. It has come to our attention that there have been instances of dogs being off-leash within the community premises, including common areas and outdoor spaces. We would like to emphasize that all pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of individual units.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety of all residents, visitors, and pets within our community. Unleashed dogs can pose a risk of injury or disturbance to others, and can also create potential conflicts between pets. Additionally, leash requirements help to prevent pets from wandering into restricted areas or encountering hazards. We kindly ask all pet owners to comply with the following guidelines:
- Dogs must be leashed whenever they are outside of the owner’s unit.
- Use a sturdy leash that is appropriate for the size and strength of your dog.
- Maintain control of your dog at all times and prevent them from approaching
- other residents, pets, or wildlife.
- Clean up after your pet and properly dispose of waste in designated pet waste
- receptacles.
By following these guidelines, we can ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone in our community. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these regulations. Should you have any questions or require further clarification regarding our pet policy, please do not hesitate to contact the management office.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
