Lockbox Removal From Common Areas Notice
We are writing to inform you regarding the presence of lockboxes in the common areas on the railings throughout all Coronado buildings. Please accept this email as a formal reminder and notice, that all lockboxes placed on the railings must be removed. This decision has been made to maintain the aesthetics of our shared spaces. Please be advised that you are required to remove any lockboxes that you have placed in common areas by Friday, March 1st. Failure to do so by this deadline will result in the lockboxes being removed and stored by the management at your expense. We understand that you may have legitimate reasons for having these lockboxes, but we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to this request for the overall benefit of the community.
We understand that this policy may inconvenience some residents, but it is crucial that we prioritize the safety and well-being of the entire community. By adhering to this regulation, we can collectively create a secure living environment for all.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to reach out to the condo management office. We are here to assist you and address any queries you may have. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
This is your home, let’s work together to keep all common areas clean and beautiful!
