Coronado – BBQ Rules Reminder
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that barbecues are not allowed to be used on the balconies of our condo units. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents, as it is against the fire code regulations. As we enter the summer season, we understand that barbecuing is a popular activity. However, it is important to note that the use of barbecues on balconies poses a significant fire hazard. The close proximity of neighboring units, combined with the potential for sparks and open flames, increases the risk of fire incidents that could endanger lives and property. We request that all residents refrain from using barbecues on their balconies. Residents that do not comply will receive a violation and all applicable fines.
We understand that this policy may inconvenience some residents, but it is crucial that we prioritize the safety and well-being of the entire community. By adhering to this regulation, we can collectively create a secure living environment for all.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to reach out to the condo management office. We are here to assist you and address any queries you may have. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
This is your home, let’s work together to keep all common areas clean and beautiful!
